Slipknot's all hope is gone was great! in my Book...im reading alot of reviews hating on them cause they say its not heavy enough..Then what the H .E Double Hockey sticks are you listening to..ive been a fan since there self title..and yes im not gonna lie the Band that we hear in all Hope is gone..is not the same slipknot..But Being in a band is not about making the same album year after year..There music is growing and taking new BUT NOT BAD PATHS!..In all hope is gone you get the best of slipknot yet..There Most Crushing Brutal stuff Mixed with the lightest stuff they have ever done..but none of it is bad i enjoyed it very much..5 Stars.

This was my first taste of Slipknot and I enjoyed it very much. I would definetely recomend this CD.

Once i heard this new album, I can't stop listing to it. Maybe it's not as good as their past release. But still it's worth to have. Seen Slipknot in concert many times. Never got tired of them. This cd is more of a Death Metal sound. Which makes it good. People who don't like it should go back soft wimping rock.

Slipknot is the best and heaviest band EVER! Nobody can compare to Slipknot's greatness... the only better Band/Album is Metallica's St Anger!.. but anywho
What more could you ask for in a band? 9 Band members, heavy riffs, machine gun blast beats, a DJ (yes folks, he adds to the heaviness), and masks!!
Forget about Morbid Angel, Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, and other Death/Black metal bands... Slipknot knows what heaviness is!!
For other good heavy bands check out Stonesour, Limp Bizkit, Metallica (anything after Load), Megadeth's 'Risk' album

Although you kept me waiting and wanting for a long time. I am happy that it came. This is a great album from the juggernaut that Slipknot. As with each album the sound is diffrent from the last and in my opinion a long time listener now it is still golden. They are something metal needs to keep it alive and breathing. Although it is not my favorite album and there are a few questionable songs it is still a solid album from a more than solid band.
